CONTINUING EDUCATION CREDIT - Provider is approved by the California Board of Registered Nursing, Provider Number 07257. Credits are provided only if attendance is recorded for each day of class and you receive a passing grade on the course examination. Approximately 65 contact hours are provided for this course.
PRETEST REQUIRED - All students are required to take a pretest prior to the first day of class. The exam will take place at the Regional Perinatal System facility. The exam will take approximate 2 hours. Students will have 3 days to choose from. When registering, indicate which day will work best for you.
REQUIRED TEXTBOOK - Lowdermilk, D.L. & Perry S.E. (2007) Maternity & Women’s Health Care, 9th Edition. Mosby: St. Louis, MO. This text book can be purchased on-line at www.amazon.com. Students are responsible for purchasing this text prior to the first day of class.
COURSE FEES $610 - Payable by Check ONLY. Make check payable to: Regional Perinatal System and mail it to: 9170 Camino Santa Fe, San Diego, CA 92121 - Attention: MNNC Course. Registration fees are due no later than June 4, 2010. Refreshments are provided; lunch is not included.
REGISTRATION - Enrollment is limited, so early registration is advised. The Regional Perinatal System reserves the right to cancel the course if minimum enrollment is not met and will provide a full refund. Registration Deadline: June 4, 2010. No phone registrations will be accepted.
REFUND POLICY - Refunds will be given if written or telephone cancellation is received by June 4, 2010. A processing fee of $100 will be assessed for all refunds.
